Last night, in preparation for Valentine’s Day, me and my sister attempted to make cake pops!

Today started off early, with me going to my Philosophy lecture for the first time in weeks for the sole purpose to drop off my midterm paper. Had lunch with Nick, and picked up my package from downtown, whew. Dropped off some Valentine’s to Yuri and my mentee, and then came home. Nick arrived shortly after to surprise me!

Flowers, a sweet card, and the huge seal called Seymour I’ve been eyeing in Ackerman, heehee. Then we got ready for dinner at Fogo de Chao! My dress and shoes came in just in time! (I don’t really have nice dresses to wear. This one made me feel like a cupcake.)

Then, opened up Yuri’s (early) birthday present to me! I got the cold! :)

Wonderful day today.

If only I didn’t have midterms and a butt-ton of work to do.
